Bangkok, known for its vibrant street life, also has buffets that will not disappoint you. Hence, we went to find buffets that are under S$10 to make sure you still keep within your budget.

Yes, good food can be cheap too!


1. Pla Thong Thai BBQ

Pla Thong Buffet is a Thai BBQ situated only a block away from the Victory Monument in Central Bangkok. This makes it very accessible, regardless of BTS Sky train, or the local bus services. This all-you-can-eat meat buffet allows you to cook your own food till you’ve satisfied your craving! 

Price: 159+ Baht  per pax
Time: 5pm- Late night (2 hours’ time limit)
Location: a block away from Victory Monument 


2. Best Beef

Best Beef is hugely popular with locals and tourists thanks to its huge selection of barbecued meats and vegetables. It is located in On Nut, east of downtown Bangkok but don’t worry, it’s still close to the BTS. 

Price: 229 Baht per pax
Time: 16:00- 24:00
Location: 1490/2 Sukhumvit Road, two minutes’ walk from On Nut BTS Skytrain


3. Ibis Bangkok Sathorn Lunch Buffet

Their buffet lunch is a good value for money, costing only 299 baht. There are so many choices there, you won’t have a light lunch from it! It is situated at the end of Sathon Soi One and an easy walk from the Lumpini Metro station. 

Price: 229 Baht per pax
Time: 12pm -2.30pm


4. Sirin Restaurant Buffet

Sirin restaurant has been established for at least 40 years. That’s very old! Considered to be a standard Chinese eating house, they have a wide selection on the menu, including a large number of single-served meals. Its popularity can be seen among the locals, given that it’s always crowded during lunch and evenings.

Time: 24 hours

5. Bussaracum Buffet Restaurant

Bussaracum Restaurant is the first restaurant to specialise in royal Thai cuisine, making it a fine-dining Thai venue that has free-flow food (wah!). It has established itself such that dinner at Bussaracum is featured as a scheduled as a culinary highlight when visiting heads of state comes to Bangkok. It had received many praises from highly regarded food critics, so do visit if you can! 

Time: lunch- 11am-2pm
Price: lunch- 240 baht per pax

6. Bar BQ resort Buffet Restaurant

Bar BQ resort has a decent dinner buffet that offers a wide variety of dishes. It is 119 baht for one person, and 99 baht if you go in pairs. So do bring along a friend or your bae to enjoy a cheaper price!
