Body of 30-Year-Old Man Recovered From Waters at Yishun Dam

The body of a 30-year-old man was recovered from the waters at Yishun Dam on Wednesday morning, 2 September.

The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) told 8world that it received a call for assistance at the Yishun Dam area at about 7.25am.

SCDF rescuers subsequently retrieved a body from the water using rescue equipment.

The man was pronounced dead at the scene by SCDF personnel.

Police Do Not Suspect Foul Play

Police told 8world that the deceased was a 30-year-old man.

Based on preliminary investigations, the police do not suspect foul play.
