Wedding bells usually signify a joyous occasion. Both the bride and the groom must have been waiting for this day to arrive, so they should be happy right?
Nope, not in this case. A bride was literally seen dragging her missing groom on their wedding day in chains. No kidding, you can take a look at the picture below for evidence.
Chained Up by his Bride-to-be
This bride in a wedding dress was recently spotted in China, dragging her unwilling groom through the streets in chains. Woah, hold up just a second. What has just happened?
Firstly, according to online reports, the groom has gone missing on the couple’s big day. That’s right, the bride went out to look for him afterwards. We’re not sure why the groom had disappeared, though. Perhaps his cold feet had to do with the fact that he was scheduled to marry someone who carries around a coil of metal chains on her wedding day.
As expected, the groom didn’t hide well enough. The game of hide and seek ended abruptly when the bride appeared. Passers-by were shocked to see the scene unfolding before their eyes. A groom being dragged through the streets in chains by his bride isn’t a gentle sight, and not an everyday occurrence.
Chinese netizens are more than a little skeptical about this story. Some believed that the pair is actors trying to promote something, and others have guessed that this is some sort of performance art. Still, others have speculated that the couple’s S&M session had got out of hand.
