There appears to be some oxymoron here: how can a bubble tea be “healthy”, and how can a bubble tea be a tower?
JLD Dragon: Hold my bubble tea.
1.5L ‘Healthiest’ Bubble Tea Tower Now Available in Bukit Batok
Taiwanese bubble tea chain Ji Long Tang, also known as JLD Dragon, is a relatively new bubble tea chain. It was founded in 2018 and opened its first outlet in Singapore early this year at Waterway Point.
Yes, not a good timing to open.
But it persisted through the Circuit Breaker, and now, it has two main outlets in Singapore: the OG one at Waterway Point and one at Star Vista.
It also has two express kiosks in coffeeshops: one in 155 Bukit Batok Street 11 and another in 632 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 4.
Unlike other bubble tea chains, it brands itself as the “world’s healthiest brown sugar” as it uses Okinawa brown sugar.
However, you’re not here to count the calories. You’re here to count the number of boba pearls.
So if you’re as lucky as us to have your office located in Bukit Batok, you’re in luck, because the dragon awaits you.
Just today (24 July 2020), the bubble tea chain launched its Dragon Tower—or for the uninitiated, a 1.5L bubble tea tower in the Bukit Batok outlet.
THE 🐉 IS HERE! Our long awaited exclusive Dragon Tower will officially launch on 24 July 🥳🥳 With a variety of six flavours to select from, indulge in a 1.5L sharing tower with your bubble tea kakis! Wait no more, tag and jio your friends in the comments section below! 🙌🏼 Currently only available at JLD Flash @ 155 Bukit Batok St 11, Broadway Coffeeshop, Singapore 650155. You’d have to prepare each cup individually, though, as the drink and boba pearls come separately.
