Imagine this: You and your significant other is on your way to your wedding shoot, an important event that’s pretty expensive.
So you’re happily cruising along, laughing and joking with each other when you hear bang-sputter-sputter-silence.
And your sweet ride rolled to a gradual stop.

Sounds like a scene out of a dramatic romance movie?
This is exactly what happened to a couple from Pahang.
Car Broke Down
According to their photographer, Api Hazmi, they were on their way to the shoot location when the car broke down.
There were plenty of cars who passed them by but not one of them stopped to help out.
The drivers of these cars might have mistakenly thought that the broken down car was a prop for their photoshoot.
Now, put yourself in the couple’s shoes.
Most probably, they’re now anxious, unhappy and more than vocal about their apparent bad luck.
Photographer Kept His Cool
Instead of spending the time worrying about getting to their destination or arguing with one another, the innovative photographer decided to do his job.

Breakdown be damn.
So he did.

Look at the smiles on the couple’s face.
The Right Mindset
If there’s one good thing out of the bad event, it’s that the money for the photographer is well-spent.
After all, not only did he come up with really impressive photos, but more importantly, he might’ve just defused any arguments and turned what might have been a bad memory into a good one.
Not many couples can brag about how unique their wedding photoshoots are, can they?

And It Applies To Life
Bad and unfortunate events happen in everybody’s lives. Sometimes, even difficult ones.
But as long as you keep the right mindset, you can be sure to turn it around to your own advantage.
After all, that’s what the saying every cloud has a silver lining is all about.
Beautiful.
