Usually, when we think of molestation cases, we think of older men molesting younger females.
I’m not trying to say that it’s a stereotype…it’s just more common.
But of course, there are always ‘special cases’ where sick-minded people tend to do things that we can’t imagine.
Just yesterday (Feb 27), eight men were charged for outrage of modesty in separate cases.
They are between 23 to 67 years old and have committed their respective offences between November 2016 and December 2017.
The group includes five Singaporeans and three foreigners.
One of them is a ‘Bicycle Molester’, who targeted his victims while riding a bike, Lianhe Zaobao reported.
23-year-old Jee Chai Chai faces two charges of molestation.
On 8 November last year, he was riding a bike from Blk 173 of Toa Payoh Lorong 1 towards a bus stop near an overhead bridge in Thomson.
He rode past a 55-year-old lady and stretched out his left hand and squeezed the right side of her rear end.
Oh for goodness’ sake…she’s old enough to be his mom!
In another incident four days later, he was cycling along the jogging path of Blk 219 in Toa Payoh Lorong 8.
When he was riding past a 46-year-old woman, he stretched out his right hand to grab the right side of her rear end.
He was arrested on 15 November in the same year.
Chi appeared in court yesterday wearing a blue t-shirt and a pair of bermuda shorts.

The court has reminded him to come in proper attire for the next hearing on 27 March, where he will be charged with a property-related offence.
The maximum penalty for outrage of modesty is two years’ jail, a fine and caning.
Thoughts
I have no words to say for monsters like him.
He’s only 23 but he single-handedly (pun intended) ruined his own future.
Sigh…
