iEat Superburger At Andes by Astons

Okay, this isn’t exactly a deal but what if I was to tell you that for $15.90, you can get your hands on a burger this big?

That’s what the folks at Singapore Atrium Sale discovered recently.

Image: Facebook (Singapore Atrium Sale)

Definitely a don’t say bojio, if you ask me.

This humongous burger, aptly named iEat Superburger is being sold at Andes by Astons for the price of $15.90, according to their website.

Based on a 2012 blog post by Singapore’s famous doctor-foodie-blogger, Leslie Tay (or ieatishootipost), this burger was created for him by Astons back in 2006.

When he had detailed what he wanted the burger to be like, one of his requirements is for it to be affordable.

Well, it seems that Aston’s been keeping their promise, seeing that 14 years have passed and the price of the burger has only increased by $3 from the original price of $12.90.

You can find your nearest Andes by Astons outlets here.

Update on 1 December 2020: The organisers have informed Goody Feed that this is fully redeemed.

Manulife is a company established in 1980 to provide insurance, retirement and wealth management solutions to clients.

And from 25 Nov 2020 to 25 Dec 2020, they’re also giving each healthcare worker up to four complimentary passes to the Manulife Sky Nets – Walking at Jewel Changi Airport

The Manulife Sky Nets – Walking

Set 25 metres above the ground, the attraction is said to be the world’s largest walking net that’ll give you the thrilling sensation of floating high up in the air above the ground.

For safety during this Covid-19 period, the attraction will be sanitised frequently and the number of people within the attraction, limited.

Visitors are also required to have their masks on at all times.

How To Redeem

The most important question of the day: how to redeem the free passes?

The good news is, it’s very simple.

All you have to do is to flash your vocational pass at the Concierge counter located on level 5 of Jewel Changi to redeem the complimentary passes.

The bad news is, of course, that if you want to redeem the passes for your nieces or nephews to have a day of fun without entering yourself, you’ll have to be there in person.

RWS ‘Your Merry Escape’ Staycation Deals

Heard all about the Hong Kong travel bubble news and knew you wouldn’t be able to travel out of Singapore this year?

Well, that doesn’t mean you can’t travel overseas this year, though, because Sentosa’s still a viable option.

From yacht cruises to resort day passes, Sentosa has been giving locals a lot of reasons to visit.

Well, if that’s not enough, Resort World Sentosa (RWS) is giving you one more reason: Staycation deals.

From now until 5 Jan 2021, you get to choose between three insanely-attractive staycation packages from RWS.

Your choice ranges from a couple’s quiet getaway trip to a retreat for the entire family (complete with complimentary S.E.A Aquarium tickets).

Or a stay with complimentary S.E.A Aquarium and Universal Studio Singapore admission tickets.

The best part? If you book and pay with a MasterCard, you’ll get a $50 nett discount immediately.

You can find out more here.

Race In A Go-Kart At Changi Airport From $8

If you liked Skyline Luge in Sentosa, you could give this a spin too!

Starting from 26 Nov 2020, a dinosaur-themed carnival at Terminal 4 (T4) will be held.

And one of the more eye-catching activities sees you race down a track while riding in a go-kart.

Image: Facebook (Changi Airport)

Located at the Terminal 4 Arrival Kerbside taxi waiting area, it’s open every day at various timings.

From Monday to Wednesday, it’s open from 3pm to 10pm.

For the rest of the week, public holidays and their eves, the area is open from 2pm – 11pm.

Rules And Regulations

Of course, you can’t just go in, karts-blazing Mario Kart-esque.

Every place has its own rules after all.

You need to be at least nine years old, be at least 1.3m tall and be wearing covered shoes.

For health reasons, those who are pregnant, have back, heart or other symptoms that may affect driving also should avoid this.

And obviously, if you’re sick, please stay home.

Costs

Ticket prices vary too.

Image: changifestivevillage

For the Novice Circuit, it’s $12 from Monday to Wednesday and $15 for the rest of the week, including public holidays and their eves.

The Pro Circuit costs a bit more, at $15 from Monday to Wednesday and $22 for the rest of the week, including public holiday’s and its eves.

However, for every $30 you spend ($80 for supermarkets) at T1, T3, T4 or Jewel, you can actually get a discounted activity pass!

Image: changilifestylesingapore

All the passes get a S$4 reduction in price besides the weekday Pro Circuit, which is reduced by S$5.

However, keep in mind that only four discounted passes can be obtained this way, and the total expenditure must come from one receipt.

No cheating, now.

Want to guarantee your slot? You can go and book the passes over here.
