I‘m starting to wonder if my editor has telepathic powers because this very topic of a buffet is very, very close to my heart stomach.

In fact, as I’m writing this, I’m planning what to eat at the buffet dinner I’ll be heading to tonight.

Monday – the day all students and adults dread because it’s hell week all over again; the day we regret not fully enjoying our weekends.

Well, I can’t change the fact that Mondays will never be part of the weekend but here’s a trick to make it more bearable.

What better way to chase your Monday blues away than with some fancy food?

1-For-1 Buffet at Shangri-La for POSB/DBS cardholders

Yes, this goody deal is exclusively for POSB/DBS cardholders, which is why it’s good to have friends with cards from different banks so you can enjoy more deals together.

(But then again, who doesn’t have a POSB / DBS card?!)

And yes, the luxury hotel, Shangri-La nestled comfortably in town is offering said cardholders a 1-for-1 international buffet deal at their restaurant, The Line.

The offer is only valid on Mondays from 1 April to 27 May 2019, for both lunch (12 pm – 2.30 pm) and dinner (6 pm – 10 pm).

Do hurry because their online reservation closes on 26 March 2019 (next Tuesday).

Of course, the price is the greatest determining factor. We all want to get more bang of our buck so here’s the rough pricing for your reference.

Lunch pricing

The lunch buffet costs S$16++ (U.P. S$32++) and S$32.50++ (U.P. S$65++) for each child and adult respectively.

Dinner pricing

The dinner buffet costs S$20++ (U.P. S$40++) and S$40++ (U.P. S$80++) for each child and adult respectively.

Note: Child – Aged 6 to 11 years old and prices above have yet to include GST and Service Charge.
