Don’t Say Bojio: 6 Free Donuts in All J.CO Stores on 21 & 22 Nov

Before anything, I think I’ve an obligation to tell you this: on average, a 43g donut (with a diameter of about 7.6 cm) coated with chocolate has about 196 calories.

On average, a bowl of rice is at about 204 calories.

Simply put, one chocolate donut = one bowl of rice.

Of course this is agakation, but you get the gist: donuts aren’t exactly the healthiest food.

The reason for this disclaimer is that I’m sure there would be jokers who’d down the entire six donuts in one seating, because it’s just too irresistible.

Especially when it’s free.
