McDonald’s $5 Extra Value Meals have been the go-to lunch option for broke students, and broke people everywhere.
Although it’s quite undeniable their selection is budget friendly, the choices have gotten pretty stale.
Now, in addition to Fillet-O-Fish, McDouble, McChicken and Veggie Crunch (hah!), there’s another newcomer, the BBQ Beef Burger with Egg. Doesn’t really have the same ring, this name. However, the burger contains a 100% ground beef patty on melted cheese, topped with a tender egg and finished with tangy BBQ sauce.

On a side note, doesn’t this look somewhat familiar?
You know, they both have a beef patty, egg, cheese… I’m sorry I just really crave some Ramly right now.
Of course, nothing matches up to the legendary Ramly Burger, but if you crave something similar, McDonald’s got you covered from today, 9 Feb 2017, onwards.
