Ever imagined yourself standing in the middle of the road with cars after cars coming towards you but there is no one who bothers to approach you? Doesn’t it sound pitiful?
Watch this elderly standing among the heavy traffic
The video shows and elderly woman standing rooted to the ground, right in the middle lane of Upper Cross Street, with nothing but a bag at her feet. In the entire 2 minutes of the video, we see vehicles choosing to pass by the old lady after all the honking that didn’t seem to deter her in any way.
We can also hear comments by the person who took the video, saying how the elderly woman seems mentally unstable and also laughter while taking down the whole incident.

Will you approach the elderly?
It may seem that the elderly is the one at fault here for causing obstruction to traffic flow.
Onlookers and drivers may feel that the elderly is not clear-headed but there was really not a single person who tried to get off his/her car or walk up to the elderly to even try to understand what was going on.
The person who took the video felt that this scene is interesting to post on Facebook and the hearty laughter probably showed that she didn’t feel a need to help the old lady.
What happened in the end?
The woman was later identified to be a 58-year-old and she was arrested by the police on charges of rash act. The woman was compliant towards the police.
