A groom-to-be has set his whole wedding dinner package at Marina Mandarin – scheduled on 13 Oct 2017 – on Carousell, for resale.

This was apparently after his future bride had eloped with someone else, with less than two months to the big day.

That must have hurt big time, bro…

And he actually titled the wedding package ‘Run Lion’, which can be interpreted as ‘Elope’ when translated to dialect.

On behalf of the groom almost-to-be, (I cannot mention his name due to a gag order by the supreme council and bounded by a non disclosure agreement), I am letting go a wedding dinner package at Marina Mandarin on the 13th oct 2017.

The asking price is actually pretty reasonable, considering that wedding dinners at hotels can go above $2,000 for a table of 10 pax alone. S$28,888 before GST for the whole package – with 30 tables on offer and with deposit paid – is actually pretty worth it, and further negotiations are not impossible too.

Alternatively, if you want to help the dude, you can introduce a female friend to him so that they can fall in love and get married pronto on that date. Date one month and propose immediately; isn’t that oh-so-romantic?
