Alright, we all know padlocks isn’t the most secure way to safeguard our belongings, and that it can be picked open with a couple of paper clips. But that isn’t really as simple as it seems, and most people don’t know how to do it.
Furthermore, there are padlocks that are designed to prevent picking, right?
Well, there’s bad news then.
Turns out that with just a little muscle and a pair of wrenches, a padlock can be forced open.
And no, it does not involve the keyhole, so that extra safe padlock is not safer either.
In the video we see padlocks of various sizes being easily destroyed in a few seconds with a little strength and a pair of wrenches.
So using a padlock to protect your valuables is definitely not the way to go.
The idea is simple: the person merely need to position the wrenches this way…
…and after that, squeeze the handles of the wrenches together:

So remember: a padlock is only suitable for use in schools for our locker which contains only textbooks, or gym locker which contains towels and clothes.
Anything more valuable, you might want to consider another way of safeguarding it.
