These galaxy doughnuts are from the Lab SG. Made by the owner of the café out of her love for nebulas, the Lab SG promises to bring you to outer space! They have these amazingly beautiful doughnuts selling at Sinseh: the grocery, their sister shop.
About them
Located at Kampong Glam, this café aims to invent and create quirky food and beverage items. With the concept of an underground lab, this unique place pledges themselves on their slogan “We experiment.”
Serving Western and European cuisine, the Lab SG also creates pastry and creative mocktails. Sinseh the grocery is a grocery store selling homemade gourmet food that’s not easily found on the shelves of your neighbourhood supermarket. They also serve freshly made pastries and snacks for takeaway.
Customization
You can order a customised box of galaxy doughnuts, with the choices of choosing your own colours and sprinkles for each doughnut. Do note there is a minimum order for purchase; it is 9 mini doughnuts and 6 big doughnuts per box. A lead-time of 1 hour is required for orders and you can also customise the doughnuts in small quantities.

Simply walk in to Sinseh: the grocery and let them know your preference of colours. Sinseh: the grocery consists of the same folks who brought the Lab SG café to everyone. You can also Whatsapp 9875 7232 to request for your galaxy doughnuts.
The Lab Bakes
If you’re a fan of pastry and sweet treats, you can also check out their site for more food choices. #thelabbakes features special cookies and cakes they have baked, some specially made for festive seasons or what they have been up to experimenting with. Other cookies and cakes are made for a limited period of days only, such as their Ondeh Ondeh cake with Melaka butterscotch.
The Lab SG is also selling Raya cookies for pre-orders, including dark chocolate sea salt cookies, red velvet white chocolate cookies and unicorn rainbow cookies, Nutella cookies and S’mores dark chocolate cookies. There are a bunch of other cookies available for pre-order too! Are you hungry yet? These all sounds too delicious not to eat!
Bonus
And here’s a bonus for you: if you’re a durian fan, you can try their Chendol ice cream with durians! Made with light coconut ice cream drizzled with their own Gula Melaka butterscotch, chendol, corn, aloe vera jelly and durian pengat!
