Jurong Point Bringing Back $38 Durian Buffet That Includes D24

If you’re often tempted by those $38 durian boxes you see in supermarket, hold your horses. For $38, you can have unlimited durians, and we’re not talking about those white cupboard-tasting durians you buy from $8 a box.

We’re talking about durians like the Pahang D24.

And for $138, you can have unlimited Premium Mao Shan Wang.

The only catch is that you’d have to travel all the way to the west to Jurong Point, but come on: for unlimited durians, we’d travel to Mars to take a connecting flight to Venus if needed.

Here’s everything you need to know about the 60 minute all-you-can-eat $38 durian buffet in Jurong Point.

Jurong Point Bringing Back $38 Durian Buffet That Includes D24

Last year, Jurong Point held its inaugural durian buffet, and needless to say, it was a success because Singaporeans live for two things: buffets and durians.

Miss it? Fret not; Jurong Point is bringing back its Durian Fiesta from 26 June to 6 August 2023, 6pm to 10pm, at JP1 Level 1 (in front of City Hot Pot).

It’s not every day, though: the durian buffet will only occur every Tuesday and Thursday, from 8pm – 10pm.

There are two options: Pahang D24 Durian Buffet and Pahang Premium Mao Shan Wang Durian Buffet.

The Pahang D24 Durian Buffet will be at $38 (L Privileges Member at $34.20), while the Pahang Premium Mao Shan Wang Buffet will be at  $138 (L Privileges Member at $124.20).

There will also be complimentary mineral water should you need to quench your thirst.

Not interested in buffets?

Why not dabao them…for free?

Similarly, you can also redeem one box of Mao Shan Wang chilled pack (200g, worth $25) with every $200 spending on Pahang Premium Mao Shan Wang. L Privileges Members can also enjoy an additional 10% off the total bill.

By now you should be wondering: What the heck is L Privileges?

L Privileges, the Loyalty Programme for Link Group Malls

The L Privileges is a loyalty programme for Link Group Malls, a Hong Kong REIT that’s on a buying spree of Singapore shopping malls, so expect to see them more often. Last year, they bought over Jurong Point and Swing By @ Thomson Plaza, and had just bought AMK Hub earlier this year.

You can sign up for the L Privileges programme for free, and will be able to start accumulating points by spending a minimum of $20 at any participating retailer within participating malls.
