Beiber fans are rejoicing at the news that the superstar’s Purpose Asian Tour is set to make a stop in Singapore on 7 October 2017.
HOWEVER, those who want to seek out the ultimate experience might need to empty their wallets, savings accounts and even coin boxes! Here’s why.
VIP Package Costs
The top VIP package (VIP1) for the tour’s been tagged at a price of S$1,898.
Yes, that was the sound of your jaw dropping. You can close it now.
There are two other “cheaper” VIP packages, priced at S$958 (VIP2) and S$708 (VIP3). All VIP tickets can only be purchased online, with a limit of 4 tickets per presale transaction.
The packages include exclusive goodies like access to the concert’s on-site concierge service, premium merchandise and for VIP1 members, an invite to the Purpose VIP Lounge as well as a pre-show backstage tour to see what happens behind the curtains.
Whew, that was a mouthful!
There are other VIP package options available too, for tickets bought under CAT1, CAT2 and CAT4.
Now, moving on.
About the Man & the Concert
The concert is expected to last for about 90 minutes. Expect to be serenaded by songs from his album of the same name (Purpose, lah) which features singles like “Sorry, “What Do You Mean” and “Love Yourself”.
To date, Justin Bieber has a record total of 17 songs featured in the Hot 100 listing in a single week, beating the likes of Drake and even The Beatles.
The man has got it going, that’s for sure, with more than 10 million copies of his album sold globally.
Door to the concert venue will open from 6.30 p.m. Tickets can be bought via four channels – sportshubtix.sg, any SingPost outlet, contacting +65 3158 7888 and finally at the Singapore Indoor Stadium Box Office.
Ticket prices start as low as S$148 for CAT 7 tickets, and up to S$298 for a CAT1 standing ticket.
Admission is impermissible for infants, children below 6, kids under 12 or those below the height of 1.2 metres.
All ticket prices quoted are inclusive of GST, but exclude booking fees, which come at a cost of S$4 for every ticket.
Presale of Tickets
Don’t get stuck and frustrated while you join the online queue for your ticket purchases. Here are a couple of tips to help you get by.
For starters, if you’re part of pre-subscribed Bkstg Fan Club members, you’d be able to get the first pick of purchasing a ticket on 17 July 2017 from 10.00 a.m. onwards. A promo code applies. The Fan Club presale ends on the same day at 11.59 p.m.
The second alternative would be via the American Express Invites Priority Sales, under two options – Centurion Priority Sales (18 July 10.00 a.m. – 19 July 9.59 a.m.) and American Express Invites Priority Sales (19 July 10.00 a.m. – 20 July 11.59 p.m.).
Starhub subscribers can buy presale tickets on 21 July from 10.00 a.m. to 11.59p.m with a promo code.
The pre-sales are available across all channels, but are subject to terms and conditions as well as availability.
All the best, and may the Beliebers have their best concert experience, ever!
