After being stranded from concerts for almost two years, Singapore has been seeing more and more concerts being held in the nation.
From Billie Eilish to Seventeen, Singapore seems to be a must-visit country for most artists’ and groups’ world tours.
One artist, in particular, was also set to have a show in Singapore but has since postponed his plans indefinitely due to poor health.
Yes, you have probably already guessed it. The artist in question is Justin Bieber.
There is apparently no news of when the concert will be postponed until and the postponement will also affect other parts of Asia as well.
Fans Able to Request for Refund
In a Facebook post, the concert’s promoter, Unusual Entertainment, says that the concert will be pushed back to 2023 and that the exact date of the concert will be given at a later time.
According to the same post, Unusual Entertainment adds that people who have purchased tickets can check with the Ticketmaster for more information and apologises for the inconvenience caused.
The company goes on further to say that people who are unable to make it for the postponed concert are eligible for a refund and they can do so by contacting the Ticketmaster from 10 Oct to 9 Dec through this website.
On AEG’s website, it can be seen that tickets ranging from $108 to $688 were all sold out.
Postponement of Concert not Unforeseen
Although postponements of concerts are normally unexpected, many people could have probably seen this coming.
This is because back in June, the famous pop star announced that he was going to postpone his tour after being diagnosed with partial face paralysis.
However, after feeling slightly better, he continued his tour in six European countries and also performed at the Rock in Rio festival in Brazil.
To his surprise, however, he felt exhausted after getting off stage in Brazil and said in a public statement that he needed to make his health his priority.
