Never ever go to the zoo when you’re drunk.
It might just get your fingers bitten off.
A Chinese elderly man learnt this the hard way, after he tried to feed a caged tiger paper money and ended up losing two fingers.
What happened?
The incident happened in Xichuan, Henan province, where the circus had paid a visit with various other animals in tow.
A Chinese elderly man, who was in a bit of a drunken stupor, had stuck both his hands into the cages of a lioness and a tiger.
While the lioness was gracious enough to take the food from the man like a proper domesticated cat, the tiger was not so gentlemanly.
The fiery cat chowed down on the man’s hand and refused to let it go.
Circus staff soon rushed to his side, and hit the tiger with iron bars until it let go of the elder man’s hand.
The man fainted and fell to the ground instantly. His hand was maimed, and a trail of blood leaked from his wound.

Luckily, the man was treated in time and is now out of danger.

Never go to the zoo when you’re drunk.
Because it’s not worth a couple of chewed fingers.
