McD has Apologized for Their Non-Cheesy Unloaded Fries & It Looks Like a PR Win

Here’s a brief 10 second recap: McDonald’s released their all-new Cheesy Loaded Fries; it turns out that the fries weren’t so loaded after all; customers blasted it for what it’s worth.

To top it all off, rival fast food companies saw their chance and took it. Albeit unintentionally.

So yeah, it has been a pretty eventful week for the fast food giant. Although I’m sure it would have appreciated a lot more cheese instead.

But it seems that McDonald’s is not letting all the hate get to them, as they have responded.

And according to my boss, it’s a “winner”.

“We know that sweet dreams are made of cheese (and sour cream) and it’s nacho fault. We’ve relooked our processes to ensure that we load up the right amount of sauces so you won’t get cheesed-off. We’re grateful for your understanding!”

Damn, Mac…

Ironically, response wasn’t so much of understanding, as it was indignant.

Although some were kind enough to offer constructive feedback.

And one even acknowledged their efforts, although he did drag another questionable point into question.

McDonald’s sure has its hands full, huh?

Nevertheless, jia you McDonald’s!

Prove each and every one of them doubters wrong by going extra hard on the cheese!

If you do that, I’m sure everyone will love you. Because let’s face it; everyone likes it cheesy. 😉
