If you’ve been sleeping over the last few days and have just woken up, here’s a brief recap of what’s happened: several netizens on social media have claimed that Dee Kosh, whose real name is Darryl Ian Koshy, had asked them for nude pictures and sexual favours in the past.

Dee Kosh initially denied the allegations, but later admitted that there was some “truth” to them.

Since then, at least six police reports have been lodged against the popular YouTuber.

Influencers left-right-centre have commented on the issue, and even AWARE spoke about it.

But one party has been on radio silence since the saga blew up.

Reader Bao: Dee Kosh himself?

No. Night Owl Cinematics, the YouTube channel that Dee Kosh starred in often.

CSI by Netizens Shows Changes in NOC Website

While we all wait patiently for NOC’s response (if there’s any), a netizen has taken it upon himself to do some investigative work instead.

By using Google cache since no one would’ve searched for Dee Kosh’s profile in NOC’s website in the past and taken a screenshot, he managed to find out that previously, in the “About Night Owl Cinematics” section, Dee Kosh was listed as a Partner / Actor / Host.

That cached version was captured on 17 August 2020, 10:33 GMT, which would have been on Monday early morning—before Dee Kosh made his apology.

Lest you didn’t know how Google cache works, it basically downloads the basic contents from websites and saves it in Google servers regularly so that it can be retrieved later.

On Tuesday afternoon, Dee Kosh’s profile was still there, but this time, he was listed as Actor / Host.

And now, on Wednesday evening?

A check on the website now shows that his profile was completely gone.

Lest you’re curious, other than Dee Kosh, there’s only one more partner from the company: Aiken Chia, who’s appeared in many NOC videos, too.

MustShareNews also found out that Dee Kosh’s Instagram isn’t included in recent NOC videos’ descriptions as well. The description usually comprises a list of all the people they work with and their Instagram links. The news outlet painstakingly go through many videos and only found a Dee Kosh by-line from a video dated three months back.

Well, what could this imply?

One thing: if you still think this is a social experiment, think again.
