If you loved Kumoya’s My Little Pony pop-up cafe the other time… I’ve got good news for you. The innovative folks behind exemplary (cutesy) food designs are back, and this time…
They’ve got a concept so cute it’s gonna create some classic cutegasms.
Yes, ladies and gentlemen… prepare your hearts (and stomachs)…
As Pusheen makes its way into Singapore.
CUTIE
Back in the Sept-Dec period, Kumoya held its first My Little Pony pop-up cafe, and reception was pretty positive. But then again, as my little sister would probably put it:
“Anything My Little Pony related cfm plus chop will work oneee.”
“Then why didn’t your ice-bar MLP business work out?”
“That’s… just shut the hell up.”
But she makes a point; the My Little Pony pop-up cafe might have boasted some pretty cutesy designs, but much of the appeal definitely stems back to its stellar characters. And that makes you wonder;
Could Pusheen the cat go even further?
I mean, just look at the decorations.
Cute doesn’t even begin to describe it.
And the fare isn’t too shabby too
Lest you’re wondering, the menu will be designed by the ever-articulate @littlemissbento, and will largely be the same as previous runs. Though there’s just one thing that’s different:
Pusheen is the star this time (if you haven’t caught on yet).
Incidentally, check out some of the delectable menu items that are all set to arrive in less than a month’s time!
Green Paste Steam Buns (that look almost too cute to be eaten):
There’ll also be truffle fries and karaage chicken with shoyu glaze for snacks too! They’ll range from S$10.90 – S$12.90.
And check out the mains, which include sumptuous offerings like ebi burgers, truffle pastas and creamy Japanese rice!
They’ll range from S$19.90 to S$23.90.
Yums.
And of course, no meal’s complete without a dessert.
Take a look at these honest to goodness dessert options, that will cost around S$17.90 – S$22.90:
And they will even have a fruitcake burger, which will feature biscuit “fries”, meringue kiss “ketchup”, fresh fruits and cream, and a Pushreen macaron.
Let’s not forget about this chocolate ball too, which melts down to reveal marshmallow, candies, a mini swiss roll, colourful cereal, fresh berries and fruits, as well as lychee Hokkaido soft serve.
There’ll also be a couple of drinks, like the strawberry cheesecake frappe and chocolate mint frappe (S$12.90 a cup):
Alongside the S$13.90 valued peach soda.
You might be gratified to know that the drinks come accompanied by a Pusheen coaster too.
And last but not least
Because everyone loves lucky draws, Kumoya will be conducting one.
And you might be intrigued to know that the prize is an honest to goodness…
Giant Pusheen doll.
Worth S$699, this doll might just be yours, and all you gotta do is spend a minimum of S$108 to qualify for the draw!
Take note, however, that each person is limited to one receipt, which represents a single chance.
The winner will be selected at the end of the pop-up period.
So what’re you waiting for?
If you’re a hardcore fan of all things cute, this one’s a definite must-go. So mark down the dates and details:
