Sengkang Resident Allegedly Threw Bags of Poo & Urine Down from HDB Flat Regularly

The only silver lining in this is that nobody was walking directly beneath the falling bags of poop and urine.

But even if you didn’t get hit by a very stinky bag… just seeing it on the sidewalks is enough to wipe out your appetite for the rest of the day.

Serial Litterbug Throws Bags of Poop and Urine, Three Times a Day

A resident staying near Block 471C Fernvale Street posted a TikTok on 4 July, sharing some pretty nasty images of plastic bags full of poop and urine lying on the sidewalks in the neighbourhood.

The original poster (OP) labelled the images with dates, and their first picture dated back to 5 May. The plastic bags seems to be split open as though it has been thrown from high up, and the poop was spilled out on the floor.

They then followed up with similar pictures from 20 May, 13 June, 30 June, and 1 July.

However, OP claimed that these bags have been a frequent occurence in 2019, and shared screenshots of complaints about them on the OneService app.

While the screenshots shows that these cases were marked as resolved, OP said that it simpy meant the Town Council has removed the poop or urine. The culprit has continued to throw their waste out of the windows.

Replying to a comment on their original TikTok, on 5 July, OP posted another video showing that they found two plastic bags of waste.

OP even said that according to observation, the litterbug does this thrice a day: in the morning, afternoon, and late afternoon.

Town Council and NEA Working Together

According to OP, the Town Council and Residents’ Committee has been made aware of this litterbug, and are working closely with the National Environment Agency (NEA) to solve this.

So far, they have placed notices to discourage people from high-rise littering, so as to ensure public health and safety.

According to Stomp, NEA and the Town Council will need more reports of these cases through the OneService app in order to log the case and take concrete action. The residents have said that they will gather together to submit more reports when the litterbug strikes again.

While it sure is a sign of good digestive health that the litterbug poops three times a day, we all hope that they can keep their poop and pee inside the toilet.

After all, nobody really wants to see your poop decorating the footpaths.
