The American burger chain is finally introducing a Singapore-inspired menu for a limited time only.
And the best part? It’s all Sambal Mayo-themed.
Special Sambal Mayo Sauces and Nasi Lemak Ingredients
The menu includes the Sambal Mayo Burger, Sambal Mayo Chicken Shack, and Sambal Mayo Fries. This Sambal Mayo menu was inspired by Singaporeans’ love for dishes like nasi lemak and sambal chicken.
The sambal is specially made for Shake Shack by local chef Jeremy Nguee and Singapore’s Batu Lesung Spice Company, so be prepared for some never-tasted-before sambal goodness.
The Sambal Mayo Burger is the localised version of Shake Shack’s classic Angus beef burger. The beef patty is topped with the special sambal mayo, as well as nasi lemak ingredients like cucumbers, fried egg, and crispy fried ShackMeister onions.
Sandwiched between the fluffy potato bun, this ‘nasi lemak burger’ is sure to be a crowd favourite.
For those who prefer chicken over beef, why not try the Sambal Mayo Chicken Shack? It offers a stronger sambal taste than the beef burger, so sambal lovers are sure to love this burger too.
The crispy dark meat chicken is layered with cucumber slices, tangy cilantro, lime, and fish sauce cabbage. This zesty combination helps to bring out the spicier tastes of the sambal mayo.

Last but not least, grab a quick bite with the Sambal Mayo Fries. Crinkle-cut fries are slathered with the special Sambal Mayo sauce, bacon bits, and scallions.
This Sambal Mayo menu will be available at all Shake Shack outlets in Singapore until 15 August.
