Impact on Changi Airport and Next Steps
Jetstar Asia carried approximately 2.3 million passengers at Changi Airport in 2024, accounting for about 3 per cent of the airport’s total passenger traffic.
The airline will continue operating flights until the end of July 2025 to avoid disrupting travel during the holiday period.
Labour chief Ng Chee Meng said that NTUC, SMMWU, and e2i are committed to helping the affected workers find new employment and move forward.
