S’porean Man With Final Stage Cancer In Bangkok Is Trying To Reunite With Family Members

Most of us might imagine our loved ones surrounding us as we lie on a death bed, waiting for the inevitable.

However, this isn’t the case for a Singaporean man named Tan Hiok Soy, who is dying from cancer in Bangkok.

S’porean Man With Final Stage Cancer In Bangkok Is Trying To Reunite With Family Members

On Sunday, 27 October, Facebook user by the name of William Khoo took to Facebook in the hopes of finding the family members of his friend Tan Hiok Soy.

In the Facebook post, William Khoo asks netizens to share his post. He also says that Mr Tan is his friend and that he is in his “final stage of his illness”.

In case you can’t see the post, it says:

“Hi everyone, kindly help to share my post. I’m trying to look for the family members of my buddy Tan Hiok Soy. He is now in his final stage of his illness. Hope that his family members will be able to come bkk to visit him while he is still alive.”

Final Stages Of Cancer And In Serious Condition

When a netizen asked what happened, William responded saying that his illness is cancer. That just made the situation that much more pressing.

Mr Tan’s condition seems to be very serious as William replies to a netizen saying that he is bedridden and cannot ingest any food or drink by himself.

Hopes To Reunite Mr Tan With His Family Members

William hopes that netizens will spread the message so that his family members can be informed and will get to visit him in Bangkok before he passes on.
