If you’ve been frustrated with your current home fibre broadband, now there’s one more new option for you to choose from.
Whiz Communications Pte Ltd, a new player in the home fibre broadband market, aims to provide “communications services at the lowest price, highest quality and shortest contract.”
In their launch promotion, they’re giving three months free of 1Gbps home fibre broadband with free delivery and installation, with only four conditions: your house must be fibre ready, you have your own wireless router, you’re a Singaporean or PR and you’re the first 1,000 people to register your interest.

According to The Straits Times, the company plans to offer a two-year plan at $32 per month and a one-year plan at $35 per month.
In comparison (with just the two-year plan), Singtel’s 1Gbps is at $59.90 per month, M1 is at $39, StarHub is at $49.90 and MyRepublic is at $49.90.
In other words, Whiz Communications is currently the cheapest in the market.
Whiz Communications, just like Circles.Life, does not have their own infrastructure; instead, they buy wholesale from Singtel. And just like Circles.Life, it does not have any retail outlets, therefore passing the overhead expenses savings to consumers.

I don’t know about you, but when it gets more competitive, it could only mean one thing: prices are going to drop and speed is going to increase.
