For all you fans of Hong Kong cuisine, there’s officially a new kid on the block that specialises in authentic Hong Kong roasted delights and Dim Sum.

Of course, though the place might be a little far off the grid, we promise you that every minute spent travelling there will be worth it – because we all know that good food is worth travelling for, right?
Located at Fairprice Hub, Crab Corner not only serves hearty Hong Kong Food & Dim Sum, but also fresh seafood that will make a bang for your buck. Situated just beside Joo Koon MRT, this restaurant is one of the favourite places for those living in the West! Since the food there is so traditional and hearty, we are pretty sure that your parents will love dining there as well!
What makes the dishes served at Crab Corner so special at Fairprice Hub is that every dish is prepared upon order. They also stick to traditional Hong Kong recipes so it’s as good as having a slice of Hong Kong without having to travel over!
Some of their signature dishes include the Heavenly Kings Platter which includes signatures like Crispy Roasted Pork, Barbequed Pork, Soy Sauce Chicken and Crispy Roasted Duck! Since we always have a hard time knowing which meat to choose, what better than having all four served together at once?
Other than the different types of meat available, we also have to give credit to some of their seafood dishes.

At their Fairprice Hub outlet, the chef uses ingredients like onions, red chillis, turmeric and ginger flowers, blending them together to create a specialty curry mix of Crab Corner’s. After which, the paste is then simmered in a claypot. Granted, the curry here is more creamy and spicy, but it still boasts an excellent consistency that goes well with the fish eat and white rice!
And if you’re a fan of seafood, Crab Corner also serves a selection of seafood dishes! Most of them are prepared in a claypot to make sure that the flavours are perfectly locked in! And if you were wondering, yes, they do use Sri Lankan crabs!
Crab Corner also has a couple of lunch promotions and an array of dim sum for you to choose from. So if you are not looking at having anything heavy, you can also go head there for a dim sum lunch with your friends or colleagues!
