Everyone loves hidden easter eggs. Especially if it was something you didn’t know on a device you’re more than familiar with.
Back then, when we wrote about the Facebook messenger hidden basketball and football game.
And everyone went crazy.
Well, what if I tell you there’s a super hidden game for all Android 6.0 (or Marshmallow) phones?
This will make all Android users happy that they never gave in to iOS.
Super Hidden Flappy Android Robot Game
I’m pretty sure you’ve played flappy bird before, right?
This hidden android game is exactly like flappy bird. And it’s just as addictive and aggravating as the real one.
Except the bird is replaced with a bouncy Android robot.
How many of you stared at the gif, hoping the bouncy robot will get past that obstacle?
And even though you know it’s a gif (read: always repeating itself), you get damn pek chek (frustrated) that the robot just keeps dying there.
Here’s how you access the game
So how do you access this super hidden game?
Go to the settings of your device, then go all the way to the bottom and select About Phone / Device.
You’ll be brought a screen listing down information about your phone.
Then, tap quickly on the Android version for a couple of time and it’ll bring you to a screen with a giant marshmallow icon.
Tap on the icon quickly for 5 times and hold once the colour of the marshmallow icon changes.
And there you go, your very own version of flappy bird.
Unfortunately, there’s a catch
As with every good thing, there must be something to spoil the day.
If you’re not running on Android 6.0, sorry, there’s no hidden game for you.
I’m holding on to Android 7.0 and all I got was this sad cat face.
Talk about unfair.
But we’ve verified that it truly exists because my colleague’s phone ran the hidden game just fine.
Perfect for those whose data burst liao. You’re welcome! 😉
