So you’re a believer in unicorns. Anything pink and blue captures your attention like no other. Coincidentally, you’re a coffee lover as well. Did I mention Starbucks is your favourite hang out place?
Here’s another thing that will probably make you squeal in excitement- there IS such thing as an unicorn frappuccino.
And Guess what? It’s even arriving to Starbucks this week.
I know right?! It looks so pretty. Just like a fairy tale coming to life. Gosh.
So what’s in this magical potion? The base is a Crème Frappuccino with mango syrup that’s mixed with a sweet pink powder. Then it’s layered with a sour blue powder topping. The finishing touches are vanilla whipped cream and a sprinkle of sweet pink and sour blue topping.
If it doesn’t sound like popping 10 sweets into your mouth at the same time, your sweet tooth must be really sweet.
Here’s the beauty of this drink- it changes color and flavors as it’s swirled, according to Starbucks. At first the Unicorn Frappuccino looks like it’s purple with swirls of blue. But once it’s stirred, the color transforms from purple to pink, and the flavor evolves from sweet and fruity to tangy and tart.
Here comes the disappointment- unfortunately, this drink will only be available at participating Starbucks stores in the United States, Canada and Mexico from April 19 to April 23.
*Cries in inaudible sounds*
Someone deliver some over to Singapore please. Anyone? Or can someone deliver me to the US just for a few days?
