Here’s another guy who’ve just hit the headlines recently. Bold, dramatic and sassy, he desires to be a genderless alien.
Genderless Alien
Vinny Ohh, 22, from Los Angeles in California, has had over 110 procedures. Reason? He wants to transform into a “genderless” extra-terrestrial. He believes that he’s neither male nor female, hence his extreme look is a way to mirror how he feels inside.

At the age of 17, he started out with lip fillers before having two rhinoplasties, multiple cheeks and brow bone fillers and more. The part-time model (wait, what!?) also wears large blackened contact lenses, alien-like talons and unusual hair dye colours.
The public has different takes on his unusual appearance, some adore him while others hurl abuse or try to physically hurt him. He said that while some people actually chucked shopping carts at him, there are others that loved seeing him and threw compliments whenever they do.
Vinny started cosmetic procedures after feeling like an outcast while growing up. He embraces his unique look, priding himself to be a sexless and genderless person since he was 17. In the picture below, his big head, the lack of eyebrows and his appearance makes him look like a Martian, and he has been connecting with that.
When people asks him how he would label himself, he tells them that he is an “extra-terrestrial, hot mess, self-obsessed” person. Pretty much sassy, he is not afraid to show what he identifies himself with. You do you!
Currently, he plans to fork out another $160,000 on surgery to have his genitalia, nipples and belly button removed. Well, at least he is proud of who he has become, unlike someone (you know who lah…) else who is plain defensive over his own looks. #sorrynotsorry
