This took place on Dec 5 at void deck Blk 807 of King George Avenue.

According to Zaobao, the incident was caused by three to four men. 2 injured men were sent to Tan Tock Seng Hospital: a conscious 59-year-old Chinese and an unconscious 35-year-old Indian.

According to Stomp, the police were alerted to the incident at 10.23pm.

A passerby who goes by Mr Zheng, said that he was on his way to Lavendar MRT station at around 11pm. He saw a man lying down at a coffee-shop and his back was wounded.

He added, “There were traces of blood on the floor and the man appeared to be unconscious. Paramedics around him were trying to resuscitate him.”

The 2 men were believed to be sitting at the void deck. The group then suddenly dashed towards them.

They were armed with a sharp knife.

It is still unclear who was the one who caused harm or how the fight started in the first place.

Police investigations are still ongoing.

According to Shin Min Daily News, a coffeeshop assistant said that the dispute broke out over a game of checkers.
