And to round it up you get some steamed egg because it seems healthy. Seems. Unbeknownst to you, the egg has probably been interjected with loads of oil. That's why it tastes so good. That also mean loads of fats, by the way. And so you end up with a ton of carbs, loads of fat and minimal protein. Ask any nutritionist wannabe and you'll get one answer: It's nutritionally imbalanced. Definitely. And before you suggest 'less rice', keep in mind that you're still paying the same amount.
