I used to go to The Soup Spoon at Raffles Place on a weekly basis because of my part-time work. And hey, I have to say that I really enjoyed the selection of soup there!
The beef goulash and SG chicken and mushroom ragout are two of my favourite choices. Just thinking about them now is making my mouth water(Omnomnom).
