Don’t Say Bojio: Starbucks 1-For-1 Promo For New Time-Limited Drinks From 8 To 12 Jul

Okay, this confirmed my theory that Starbucks Singapore is secretly a marketing genius.

While we do native advertising, Starbucks does native promotions.

Previously On Starbucks TV…

We said Starbucks launched a buy-2-get-1-free promo and we were wondering why they’ve deviated from their usual 1-for-1.

Then we realise they have three new drinks on the menu.

Mystery solved. But some of the people in the office were sceptical because, well, I’m not exactly reliable when coming up with conspiracy theories.

Boon: The SG government has its own Area 51 in Pulau Ubin.

Editor: Shut up and do your work.

Yeah, I get why they said that.

But now, today, my theory has been confirmed. Somewhat.

Starbucks Buy-1-Get-1-Free Promo Back Again

From  8 to 12 July 2019, make your way to Starbucks and enjoy a 1-for-1 treat on their Venti-sized handcrafted drinks.

But there’s a catch this time: It’s only for their new drinks.

From 8-12 Jul, treat yourself to a Venti-sized Watermelon & Lychee Aloe Frappuccino or a Dark Caramel Coffee Sphere Frappuccino and enjoy another on us.

The rewards can be found in the Starbucks Singapore app.

You have to be a Starbucks Rewards member and pay via the Starbucks card to enjoy the deal.

Watermelon & Lychee Aloe Frappuccino

Chia seeds are healthy. Watermelon keeps you hydrated. Blend it together with ice and topped off with lychee-flavoured whipped cream and juicy lychee aloe cubes and you won’t care about how the weather’s going to be warmer in Singapore.

Dark Caramel Coffee Sphere Frappuccino

Always tired? Always looking for the little jolt of energy? This Pikachu of a drink might just be what you’re looking for.

Think signature Coffee Frappe blended with buttery caramel sauce, lined with caramel drizzle and packed with Brazillian coffee spheres.

And if you need more endorsement, this is a drink that even foreigners couldn’t help but be addicted to.

And it’s not just foreigners.

Boon: See, Mr Editor, my theory’s 75% correct.

Editor: You want to know what’s 100% true? You’re going to be out of a job if you don’t shut up and get back to work.

Well, while we don’t know if my conspiracy theory’s true or not, at least the promotion is true.

So what are you waiting for? Time to make some plans for Starbucks time.

You’re welcome!
