This Family Spent 6 Months Working Out & Their Before/After Pics Went Viral

Here comes another article my editor is deliberately making me write(sigh).

Just for the record, I’m approximately 25KG overweight at the moment. Yeah, I’m a rotund fella with a droopy beer belly in case you have no idea.

Hence, I’m pretty sure this is one of his many attempts at making me lose some weight.

Honestly though, this story is going to be quite the motivational tale.

Meet, 31-year-old photographer Jesse and his family:

Like all epic tales, the story must begin somewhere.

Jesse’s mother decided to move in with her son to take care of Jesse’s pregnant wife. It was then that Jesse decided to involve his entire family in a weight loss programme.

Jesse was hoping that a weight loss programme could perhaps help his dad regain his passion for life. In a way, it would also be a great way to welcome his soon-to-be-born son, don’t you think?

Anyway, with an end goal in mind, the family started their weight loss regime.

And in a matter of 6 months, the differences were simply spectacular!

Here is a direct comparison of them in the same pose!

Just look at Jesse’s parents! Gone are their fat bellies and aged looks! Looks like it’s true that a healthy lifestyle would make you appear younger!

Look at the outline of their muscles! I can’t believe they did all these in a matter of 6 months!

(Don’t they look more like brothers instead of father and son?)

Now, I don’t know about you, but I’m more motivated than ever to shed some weight! (Inb4 losing motivation a few days later) Let’s do this, my horizontally challenged brethren!
