Man Caught on Video Kicking an Innocent Cat in Marsiling; Police Report Made

There are many things that can be considered crimes to society in daily human life.

Some of which are so horrible you can’t even begin to process why someone would do that.

Maybe it’s thievery, cold-blooded murder, or people who don’t put the toilet seat back down after they go, but some people just deserve a special place in hell.

But this takes the cake – people who abuse innocent animals.

I mean, HOW could anyone do that to these cute little furry creatures?

Sadly, this old man doesn’t seem to have any hesitation doing so, though.

Kicking The Cat

In the Marsiling area, there’s been a cat hater going around causing trouble.

On Sunday, 13 July, an elderly man of around 60 years old was caught on video kicking the area’s community cat, all while the cat was eating some food and minding its own business.

After getting struck, the poor cat ran away immediately from under the bench it was eating at.

The video of the incident, which occurred at the walkway link bridge near Block 15, was subsequently uploaded onto Facebook.

You can watch the full video here.

The elderly man’s face was caught on camera as the person who was filming followed him from behind after he kicked the cat.

However, he showed no signs of remorse or made any moves to retaliate, even though he likely knew he was being filmed.

Hopefully, this would make it easier for people in the neighbourhood or the police to identify him.

Frequent Cat Abuser

It wasn’t the first time the man had physically abused these community cats, and I sure hope that it will be his last.

According to residents in the area, one of his hobbies was to walk around the surrounding blocks with a huge stone in his palm and search for more cats to throw the stone at.

And it’s been going on for quite some time now.

The feeder of these community cats has also stepped out to say that there were times where she often found one of the cats suffering from injuries on its head, cheek and leg for no reason, and suspects that the elderly man might’ve been the one behind those injuries.

Police Report Made

Having had enough evidence, the feeder has already made a police report about him and is requesting from help for people living around the area to help look out for the man and find out where he is staying, which is suspected to be around Block 10 to 16.

If you happen to be living around the area and have any information regarding the man, you may contact the Facebook page via private message.

Let’s hope this old man stops his abusive acts soon and gets apprehended. If not…
