Tired of singing in the shower but too broke to sing at Teo Heng?
We’ve got just the solution for you – a new KTV has just opened. Get ready to burst into song for as low as $2.25/hour per person.
All Time High Family Karaoke
The brand new KTV place you’re looking for is All Time High Family Karaoke, located at City Square Mall, a stone’s throw away from Farrer Park MRT.
Not only is the newly-opened KTV budget-friendly, its ambience sets itself apart from your usual KTVs and its rooms are a cut above the rest as well.
All Time High Family Karaoke is a brightly lit KTV with all-white walls, a fresh look compared to most other KTVs in Singapore which are usually barely lit at all.
You can also spot various neon wall art along the corridors, with motifs like microphones and a flamingo.
All the rooms in the KTV here come with comfortable beige sofa seats that one could just melt into as you belt out your best iteration of JJ Lin’s hits.
The rooms also have an extendable coffee table so you need not hold back on your drinks or leave them strewn all over the floor.
Song selection is done via a tablet.
Prices for small rooms start at $12 per hour (up to 3 pax) while prices for medium rooms start from $15 per hour (up to 6 pax).
If you’re looking to throw a mini-party, you could opt for the large room which is priced from $18 per hour, accommodating up to 8 pax.
The large room still not quite enough for you? (sheesh, someone has friends)
There’s also an even larger function room with a retro aesthetic, if you’re into it.
The room has red bar stools that look like they were taken straight out of a retro diner – perfect for your Instagram photos.
There are also two TV screens in the room, so don’t worry about being unable to see the lyrics. You’ll still be able to sing Bohemian Rhapsody with your friends no matter which corner of the room you’re in!
Adding to that, the floor-to-ceiling windows give you an amazing view of Serangoon and its vicinity. If you prefer some privacy however, you can always draw the screen curtains shut.
This function room fits up to 12 pax, with rates starting from $28/hour in non-peak hours. This means that the damage done to each person potentially amounts to a mere $2.33/hour.
And what would karaoke be without drinks?
Canned and bottled drinks at All Time High Family Karaoke start from $2.50, with all-time favourites like Lemon Tea and Qoo White Grape, among others.
Craving something else? Quench your thirst with Zico Coconut Water or Pulpy Orange juice for just $3.
Their specialty alcoholic drinks like the Yakult Soju, draught beer and wine are worth a try as well.

More of a beer person? Stella Artois and Hoegaarden start at $9.90 per 250ml mug, while 2 pints and 2 towers cost $25 and $120 respectively.
If you’re feeling some of your favourite K-Pop hits, why not get some Chorong Chorong Soju to go with it? The Soju is available in Green Grape, Peach and Lychee among other flavours, starting at $18 per bottle, $50 for 4 and $80 for 5.
If you’re feeling hungry, the KTV has snacks like Calbee Chips and childhood classics like Roller Coaster in stock too.
