Remember this guy?
Well, he’s back and has broken into the muggle world. Guess which part of Singapore he chose as his new headquarters?
Yishun. Like duh.
And by the looks of it, he hasn’t changed his old ways.
But all that stress must’ve gotten to him because he has forgotten how to spell his own name.
If you’re too scared of He Who Must Not Be Named’s writing, allow me to put out a transcript for you.
“THIS IS NOT A SPAM OR A PRANK. THIS IS FOR REAL. PAY FULL ATTENTION.
My name is Lord Voldemort. I am writing this mail to you because you and your family is about to face disturbing events soon.
One of your neighbours owe me a few thousand dollars. He lives in the same block as you.
Please help me to urge him to pay me what I am supposed to get or I will start harassing YOUR unit. Yes, your unit. I am sure you do not want your gate on fire or red paint all over your unit and I am sure you want your family to be safe and live peacefully.
I also do not want to do those things. So you can help me to help yourself to avoid those disturbing events to you and your family.
You might be thinking you are safe because you live in private property; I will not send this mail to you if I do not have ways to get to you and harass you.
Ask him to pay attention to my warning email and mail posted earlier.
Those were not for fun.
Deadline: 29 Aug 2017
Lord Voldermort”
What happened?
The ‘Dark Lord’ apparently sent the letter to quite a lot of people, but instead of them following his orders like his old Death Eaters, they went to the police instead. It got to a point where the Aurors- I mean Police had to issue an advisory.
Lee Bee Wah, member of Parliament for Nee Soon, posted a photo of it on her Facebook page.
Thoughts
Alright, it’s actually not funny. This is essentially a threatening/harassment case. Imagine if you were the one who received that letter.
Sent by Lord Voldemort himself.
Anyway, share this to get your friends updated!
But Yishun really attracts all the weird people now, huh?
