Imagine this: you, driving a Tesla along the scenic East Coast Park (ECP) Expressway.
Sound good, doesnโt it? It can now become reality, even if you donโt actually own a Tesla!
Teslaโs First Retail Outlet in SEA, Now in Millenia Walk
Havenโt had enough of Tesla from their showroom in Raffles City? Youโll be glad to know that theyโve opened their first retail outlet in Southeast Asia, right here in Millenia Walk shopping mall!

This retail outlet comes after three Tesla V3 Superchargers were installed at the shopping mallโs car park, so potential customers need not worry about finding a charger for their car.
They had their grand opening yesterday (15 January), so you can totally head down right now to check out their coveted electric cars.
Whatโs more, you can even register your interest to test drive the cars along the ECP Expressway, a mere three minutes away from the store!
The retail outlet is located on the ground floor, and opens every day from 11am. It closes at 8pm from Sunday to Thursday, and 9:30pm on Friday and Saturday.
The postal code is 039596 for easy GPS-ing and Google Maps-ing. If youโre going there by public transport, the nearest MRT station is Promenade Station.
The Rise of Tesla in Singapore
Iโm sure everyone has at least heard of Tesla, but for the uninitiated, Tesla is an American electric vehicle and clean energy company. They are most famously known for their electric cars, and are active in the promoting of clean and sustainable energy.
Singaporeans really love Tesla. With their gorgeous, sleek looks, and not to mention the reduced environmental pollution, everyone is clamouring to get one.
The proof? Tesla car ownership shot up from 30 in the first half of 2021, to a whopping 894 in the second half.

Tesla has reciprocated our support by opening the Tesla showroom in Raffles City last year, where you can walk in and view the cars up close.
The hype around the showroom was real, with people queueing for an hour to be able to go in when the showroom had just newly opened. But honestly, are we surprised? Queues are in Singaporeansโ DNA.
However, the Raffles City showroom is just a cordoned off area embedded in the One Assembly department store. Hopefully, the bigger space that a dedicated retail outlet provides will solve the queue problem.
Or, to be more realistic, keep the queues to a minimum.
Happy shopping!
