Thank the heavens I just had my plate of $4 Char Kway Teow if not my stomach would be growling non-stop right now.
Why? Because the latest craze sees us flooding our burgers with cheese.
Yes, to all cheese lovers out there, this article is for you.
Here’s an image of the $7.50 burger set flooded with cheese to ignite your taste buds:
And it would my greatest pleasure to introduce its name to you because it’s not just called “the burger flooded with cheese” but…
Everyone say hello to Burger Banjir!
Burger Banjir can be literally translated to “flooded burger” in Malay. In this case, we have cheese flooded burger!
This is the brainchild of Nadim’s Delights, a Halal-certified Western food stall in sunny Singapore.
What’s in Burger Banjir?
According to this source, you will be greeted with two breaded chicken patties, a slice of cheese, nacho cheese, vege and mayo sandwiched between two toasted burger buns.
Of course not forgetting the main lead – a generous portion of cheese sauce.
But if you don’t want to be too cheesy, then just reject the poor cheese. No one’s gonna judge you. Yup… no one.
It is located at Blk 508 Jurong West St 52 Singapore 640508 and they are opened from 12pm to 10pm according to their Facebook Page.
17 hours ago, at the time of writing, their Burger Banjir was SOLD OUT.
So if you want to get a taste of it, take a journey to the west. I’m sure it will be worth it like how this bro is enjoying his share.
Of course this is not the only thing on the menu. There’s black pepper steak, chicken chop / cutlet, fish & chips, spring chicken and BBQ chicken rice!
Get quality taste on every plate you won’t regret. 😉
