Westies, listen up! If you’re a fried chicken lover, 2018 is off to a great start. Why? Because Arnold’s.
If you’re hearing the name, Arnold’s Fried Chicken, for the very first time, I don’t blame you because their outlets are all located in the north and east.
Namely Geylang, Bedok, Yishun and Hougang.
According to legends, Arnold’s uses fresh chicken for all their fried chicken and sells chicken so tender and crispy you’ll cry.
Like I did after watching Frozen.
But guess what? The mythical Arnold’s Fried Chicken that we’ve only heard about but never tried before, is coming to Jurong.
Arnold’s Fried Chicken Opening In The Frontier CC
According to Arnold’s, they’ll be opening an outlet in The Frontier Community Centre in January 2018.
In case you’re not sure where that is, it’s the CC that’s just next to Jurong Point (Boon Lay MRT Station) – yeah, the one that is connected to the mall via a bridge.
Or for those who read books, it’s the building that houses the library.
And it’s coming real soon, according to the Facebook update by Arnold’s.
Homegrown Brand With 30 Years Of Experience
Selling piping hot fried chicken for 30 years, online reviews raved about the moist, tender chicken meat and the thin yet crispy skin that peels off easily.
And it’s pretty affordable too, at $24.60 for a couple meal. At least for the quality and quantity of food lah.
Take note that if you’re going to Arnold’s, you’re going for the fried chicken. That should be the mission objective.
Their sides were just meh, but at least it’s not blearg, right?
But there’s one thing in the meal combo that’ll get western food lovers hooked immediately.
Fried. Buns.
That’s how you know whether a fried chicken place is #legit. Agree?
Add some coleslaw and that’s heaven right there.
Now, who else is excited about Arnold’s coming to the west?
Since you’re here, why not watch a video about a guy who lodged a Police report here in Singapore because he was friendzoned? Seriously. Here, watch it and do remember to share it (and also subscribe to Goody Feed YouTube channel)!
