So. Much. Rage.
That’s the first thing that came to my mind after watching the video. Here, take a look at the video and see if you feel the same way.

Yeah, the guy taking the video sounded like a broken mixtape.
“You go talk some more! You talk some more? Talk some more. Talk some more!” shouted the angry taxi driver with a camera phone.
Geez, no matter who’s in the wrong here, shouting like that will automatically make you sound like the antagonist in any situation.
The events allegedly took place at terminal 3 of Changi Airport. The private driver apparently took a wrong turn and ended up in a queue meant for conventional taxis.
This triggered the taxi driver, causing him to confront the private driver, as seen in the video.
Seems quite clear to me that it’s the private driver’s fault for taking a wrong turn. Perhaps he was trying to pick up customers? Or it might just be an honest mistake.
At times at this, it’s always good(interesting) to take a look at the comments section. Let’s see here…
Well, yeah. Told you the unnecessary screeching made him sound like the antagonist.
Just be nice to each other and guide the driver out of there if he really did take a wrong turn. There’s really no need to bring to involve LTA all the time. LTA’s got more important things to do, ya know.
I suppose I could understand why the taxi driver’s angry though. It’s getting harder for them to make a living due to the competition from Grab and Uber, driving down their pay. (Hey, traditional taxis can driver for Uber and Grab too if I’m not wrong).
The queue is meant for taxis after all.
Anyway, the taxi driver sure sounded like he’s had a bad day, huh. Still, that doesn’t give him the excuse to lash out at others in that manner.
I could already imagine this going south if the private driver is a man with a volcano-like temper.
One of my colleagues got berated by a taxi driver just a few days ago. He was waiting for his friend close to a taxi stand when a taxi driver started honking and gesturing at him.
Man, the angst is real.
As always, please be courteous to each other. No matter if you’re a private driver or a conventional cabby, we’re all people trying to make a living.
Since you’re here, why not watch a video about a guy who lodged a Police report here in Singapore because he was friendzoned? Seriously. Here, watch it and do remember to share it (and also subscribe to Goody Feed YouTube channel)!
