I’m sure you’d have read about a certain gym in Singapore having a confirmed case somewhere, which you won’t find here in Goody Feed because we want you to lead a normal life (but have to wash hands more often lah, of course) even with the COVID-19 outbreak.

Especially since it’s a gym leh. Even if we reiterate 100 times that an area with an infected case is the cleanest, you’d still avoid it because we’re kiasi like that.

Apparently, that case is mostly likely a case that was reported yesterday, because for the first time since 3 February 2020, we have no new case at all!

No New COVID-19 Cases Today; 51 Have Recovered & 4 Still in ICU

The first patient is—oh, no patient today.

Goody lah. Makes my job easier. I hope it stays like this every day. COVID-19, you hear me?

Updates on Confirmed Cases

Lest you’ve forgotten, there are now 89 confirmed cases in Singapore.

Out of all of them, 51 of them have been discharged and fully recovered, while 5 of them are still in ICU. The condition of the remaining 33 patients are stable or improving.

As of noon today, MOH has identified 2,812 close contacts who have been quarantined. Of these, 908 are currently quarantined, and 1,904 have completed their quarantine.

There’s something new, though: we’re now advised to also defer non-essential travel to Daegu and Cheongdo in South Korea, on top of Mainland China.

Let’s look forward to another goody news tomorrow, yeah?
