If there’s one thing Haidilao is known for, it’s their awesome customer service.

Freebies using code words? Noodle-pulling performances? Manicures while waiting for your seat? Truly iconic.

The next time you go to Haidilao, be sure to check out their manicure services, which has just been resumed.

Resumes Manicure Services After Pandemic Hiatus

In January 2020, Haidilao temporarily suspended their manicure services due to the pandemic.

With the COVID-19 situation getting better, the hotpot chain has finally resumed their manicures. If you want one, you can get a queue number from the restaurant’s iPad.

However, manicures are only for dine-in customers. So nope, walk-in manicures aren’t allowed, and they’re not doing phone reservations for this service either.

Additionally, they won’t be providing any removal of nail polish. Make sure your nails are bare before going for your manicure.
