We might never see any conclusion to the Dee Kosh saga, but one saga is coming to an end: the Imran Rahim and Charles Yeo saga.
Today, Charles Yeo posted a simple image of himself having lunch…with Imran Rahim.

And at the same time, Imran Rahim posted this, too:
Here’s the caption that comes with the image:
I would like to thank Charles for agreeing to amicably settle our disagreements. I respect the work that he has done for the disadvantaged in our society and wish him all the best in his career as a lawyer and as the chairman of the Reform Party.
I would also like to thank Mr M Ravi and Mr Abraham Vergis, both senior members of the bar, for helping to resolve the differences between Charles and I.
I can almost see you doing this:
In other words, they’ve suddenly become friends liao.

Imran Rahim Suddenly Made Peace With Charles Yeo & Suddenly Quit His Job
According to TODAYonline, Imran, who has filed a harassment lawsuit (not defamation) against Charles after Charles publicly alleged Imran of sexual misconduct, also said that he was going to “discontinue legal proceedings” towards Charles.
The first court hearing had been fixed for late August, but there had not been any updates until today, whereby both of them have lunch with their respective lawyers.
According to Imran, Charles “will not be publishing any further posts on the matter.”
However, Imran would be resigning from his law firm.

His reason? He wanted to focus on his family.
“The past few weeks have been difficult for me and I wanted to take a short break to take care of my family and myself…I am glad that this matter has been resolved and I look forward to continuing my legal career and my community work.”
Imran’s wife is Andrea Chong, a popular influencer who has over 307K followers on Instagram.
In the meantime…this conclusion is rather 成何体统!
