Residents in Singapore ushered in 2022 in various ways, some more conventional than others.
One now-infamous group at Clarke Quay sang the SpongeBob SquarePants theme song, for reasons we’ll probably never know.
Others had a quiet night, downing 15 glasses of wine or so in their room while watching reruns of Friends until 3am so it felt less lonely.
Reader: That was oddly specific
But three individuals, seemingly tired of all the hackneyed and pedestrian practices, decided to do something a little different: party on a plane.
A Scoot plane.
With a flight attendant.
Video of Scoot Cabin Crew Partying in Plane Went Viral on TikTok
A video of a Scoot flight attendant and two topless men partying in a plane has gone viral on social media.
It was first posted on TikTok before being taken down, but not before it was reposted to other sites.
The video starts with a flight attendant inside a dimly lit aircraft cabin. She flashes a peace sign while wearing disposable gloves, a face mask, and a face shield.
It looks like one of the passengers simply took a video of her while she was busy with her duties, but this was not the case.
A maniacal laugh can be heard after she flashes the peace sign, followed by a series of short clips showing tiny bottles of alcohol and two topless men laughing and making strange poses—things we can surely attribute to alcohol consumption.
Neither of them is wearing a mask. Meanwhile, the flight attendant, who’s still in her uniform, tries to get them to quieten down.

Scoot Investigating Incident
The viral video has clearly not gone unnoticed at Scoot, as the low-cost airline said it has launched an investigation into the incident.
“Scoot treats the safety and well-being of passengers and crew with utmost importance. We are aware of the edited video posted to social media, and are investigating to ascertain the facts,” a spokesman said in an interview with The Straits Times.
It’s unclear where exactly the plane was at the time, or whether there was anyone else aboard at the time.
What is certain, is that the two maskless, topless individuals and the flight attendant, especially, will come to regret this party.
They should have just sung the SpongeBob SquarePants theme song instead, as the only thing you risk losing there is face.
