When you ask your friend group where they want to go, there’s a chance at least one person will suggest Sentosa.

This is especially true if you’re in a JC. JC people love the beach for some reason.

And, every time, people will say, “Huhhhhh, Sentosa again?”

Well, you might want to say yes to your friend this time because something new is set to open to the public at Sentosa tomorrow.

Just in time for you to visit during the school March holiday.

And don’t worry, this attraction is legit. It won’t suddenly disappear or be cancelled like the lantern festival last month.

Sentosa Sensoryscape

From 14 March 2024, Sentosa Sensoryscape will be open to the public. This 350-metre long connector features six sensory gardens that promise an enchanting and immersive night experience.

The attraction, which will be open daily, spans 30,000 square metres and links the north of Sentosa island to the beaches on the south.

Work on the $90 million pathway started in late 2019 as part of a plan to reshape Sentosa and Pulau Brani as choice leisure and tourist destinations over the next decades.

This gorgeous attraction will ensure Sentosa continues to be attractive in a highly competitive tourism climate.

The six gardens along the connector – Lookout Loop, Tactile Trellis, Scented Sphere, Symphony Streams, Palate Playground, and Glow Garden – will engage all five senses.

The gardens feature intricate structures, beautiful flora, and the sounds of nature, allowing you to fully revel in the beauty of it all.

From 7:50pm every night, the imagiNite experience tells a seamless story across the six gardens through interactive floor projections, augmented reality, and light shows.

To get to this attraction, take the Sentosa Express to Imbiah station.

Guests can enjoy free island admission from now till 17 March, so don’t hesitate to visit.

Right before you enter Sensoryscape, you’ll be greeted with a form of dry mist that evaporates on the skin upon contact. Perfect on a hot day (which is like every day in Singapore).

Though, the attraction probably won’t be very zen during its first few weeks, especially since it’s the March holiday.
