I am sure most of you would have heard of the Korean boy group BIGBANG, even if you’re not a fan.
My mom knows them, my neighbour knows them…even my grandfather’s son’s teacher’s wife knows them!
They’re a worldwide act indeed.
For such a successful group, I’m sure they’ve gathered lots of fans.
Lots and lots of fans.
Students who secretly listen to their music in class, teenage girls who claim to be their wives, and…
Wait. Let me rephrase that.
Teenage girls who claim to be their wives but just found that that Taeyang is getting married.
Yes, you read that right.
Taeyang is getting married !!
It is the Taeyang who sang ‘Wedding Dress’.
And it is also the Taeyang who sang ‘Eyes, Nose, Lips’.
FYI the pair met while filming for the above MV.
Star News reported that BIGBANG’s Taeyang and Min Hyo Rin are planning to get married.
They revealed their relationship to the public in May 2015 and have been dating for three years.
Born in 1988, Taeyang is due to serve his mandatory military service soon.
The latest one can enlist is 30 years old.
According to Taeyang’s label YG Entertainment, “they’ll be having their wedding before he enlists.”
Taeyang recently accompanied Min Hyo Rin to Indonesia for work, Soompi reported.
After returning to Korea on December 18, they will now be preparing for their wedding.
Fellow member G-Dragon once said that he was the one who brought the pair together.
When Taeyang was still thinking of a suitable candidate for the female role in his MV, G-Dragon suggested Min.
The superstar took to his Instagram to address his fans about the issue.
Congratulations to the couple!
Meanwhile, Taeyang’s wives please get your tissues ready as we wait for the big day…
