Normally, you would expect someone to at least do a moderate, if not a good job when you pay him/her to do it.
And normally, you would expect someone to really do at least that much, if he/she claims to be a professional photographer.
Well, as it turns out, this ‘professional’ photographer didn’t exactly earn an “A” grade when she churned out her client’s photos.
Neither did she earn a “C” (which is pretty much bottom line for moderate).
Rather, she…
But I will just let you judge for yourself.
Now, a professional family portrait would probably look something like this.
Good lighting, colour correction and all those teeny, little details that make the picture so perfect. As the French will put it, ooh la la.
And here we have another family portrait, done by another professional photographer.
Oh crap, must be a trick of the light. Maybe this one will look better.
What’s this, Blue’s Clues?
But you know what they say: “Third time’s the charm.”
I thought that was a haunted pic from Annabelle for a sec. But hey, I’ve always believed in giving four chances.
…
….
…..
Maybe it was a horror-themed shoot.

Apparently not
Facebook user Pam Dave Zaring posted the pictures on the social media site on 13 Jan, alongside a caption that clarified that it “is NOT a joke”.
Transcript: Ok. This is NOT a joke. We paid a photographer, who claimed to be a professional, $2-250 for a family photo shoot. Please see these FOR REAL photos she delivered to us….She said the shadows were really bad on the beautiful, clear, sunny day and that her professor never taught her to retouch photos. Feel free to share 😂 I literally have not laughed this hard in YEARS!!!!! You can’t make this stuff up…..again, this is NOT a joke – final product
Netizens evidently found the whole thing extremely funny too.
The entire episode has also become a global sensation.
Literally.
But it seems that the original Facebook user, Pam, has taken it in her stride. Yes, photos included.
Transcript: Also putting this out there!! Please continue to keep this fun and silly, and be kind. In no way is this post meant to be vicious. It was worth the money we spent for the humor we received!!!! I hope y’all have laughed as hard as we have!!!!
Well, you can’t deny it; that’s definitely one positive family you want to have dinner with!
But at the same time, that’s one photographer I wouldn’t be hiring for my wedding photoshoot.
Not unless I want to cosplay as Slenderman, anyway.
Since you’re here, why not watch a video about a guy who lodged a Police report here in Singapore because he was friendzoned? Seriously. Here, watch it and do remember to share it (and also subscribe to Goody Feed YouTube channel)!
