Wake Up Really Early There’s a reason why successful people are ahead of everyone else. They start the day early and get a lot more done. Eating a Healthy Breakfast Like they say, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So treat yourself to healthy breakfast, especially on a workday because you'll need that energy to fuel you throughout the morning. Don’t Check Your Email Instead, leave it until you actually get into work. Make ‘me’ time your morning priority and give yourself time to live a little before getting down to business. Exercise/Workout Cardio, brisk walking or running as part of your morning routine are things you can do not just to keep in shape, but energize you and get your blood pumping for the rest of the day. Warm Water With Lemon Some claim that this is a healthier alternative to coffee because it’s more hydrating and nutritious than a cup of your caffeinated drink.
